Life Coaching

Through a combination of powerful questions and active listening, a Life Coach journeys with each coachee toward increased happiness and fulfillment in life.  Life Coaching leads to greater self-awareness, discovery of purpose and passion, developing a growth mindset, setting goals, developing action plans, and promoting health and wholeness.

Jayne Erickson, OSB

As a life coach, Sr. Jayne partners with people to help them identify their passions and goals, look at their strengths, and utilize their skills to reach greater fulfillment in life.  Prior to life-coaching, Sr. Jayne was privileged to walk alongside people on their life journeys, serving families as Youth/Children’s Minister as well as Elementary School Educator.  She is trained as a life coach through Leadership and Life Coach Training for Women in Faith-Based Ministries, a program accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).

Contact Sr. Jayne at (319) 290-2089 or email retreat@duluthosb.org. She is available both in person and via Zoom.
