Since ancient times, religious traditions have viewed dreams as potential messages from the Divine. Fr. Lacska writes in his book, Finding the Way - The Life of a Seeker, that “dreams can serve to reveal hidden areas of the unconscious, helping us deepen our awareness of the wisdom within us.” Dreamwork's goal is to become whole “so that my proud ego no longer lives, but Christ lives in me” (Gal 2:20). Come explore the psychological and spiritual symbolism of your dreams through a simple yet powerful dreamwork method. Bring your dreams to share and explore. This retreat is open to those who attended last summer’s dream retreat as well as to new attendees.
Facilitator: Rev. Fr. Yanchy Lacska, Ph.D. is an Orthodox Catholic priest, an Interfaith minister, and a pastoral counselor, who integrates Jungian psychology, spirituality, and qigong in his work. He has been facilitating retreats at the McCabe since 2004 and presents internationally.
