Center for Spirituality & Enrichment Transition Update
As we prepare for a leadership transition in the Center for Spirituality & Enrichment (CS&E), I would like to share an update with the Community.
The search for our new Director of Hospitality & Retreat Services is underway, with applications being accepted through August 24. Following the application and interview process, we look forward to welcoming a new director who will continue the Monastery’s commitment to Benedictine hospitality, spiritual enrichment, and meaningful programming.
During this time of transition, plans for future programming, including online offerings, will be reviewed as we welcome new leadership and discern how best to serve the Community and those who participate in CS&E programs. No decisions regarding specific future programs should be assumed until plans have been finalized.
We are grateful to Dawn Carrillo for her leadership and the many gifts she has shared with CS&E. Dawn is helping gather important information, records, and resources to assist with a smooth transition for the new director.
As questions arise, we ask that everyone rely on information shared through the Monastery rather than speculation or incomplete information. Clear and consistent communication will help ensure that Sisters, staff, participants, and friends of the Monastery receive accurate information throughout the transition.
We appreciate everyone’s patience, support, and prayers as we look forward to this next chapter for the Center for Spirituality & Enrichment.
Peace and blessings,
Sister Jeanne Ann Weber, OSB
