Wellsprings of Healing:

A Mid-Winter Retreat

Saturday, February 1, 2025

9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

St Scholastica Monastery

We are half-way through the season of winter:
between the darkness of the Winter Solstice, and
the stirring of life that comes with the Spring Equinox.

Christmas and New Year’s Day taught us to embrace life,
And then we rested from all the preparations.
Now it is the time to release those things that do not bring life,
And to focus on the healing which comes from our hearts.

“Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.”
Proverbs 4.23

It is the feast of Ireland’s St. Brigid, a poet and healer;
Groundhogs are being watched;
And Imbolc, a Celtic cross-quarter day, is celebrated.

What needs to be healed in your life?
Relationships? Exhaustion? Fears? Losses? Ills and Aches?

What will fill your soul’s well?

Come. Listen. Journal. Collage your replenishing well.
