"The Joy of Easter: Letting Go and Living Into Our New Life"

After Easter we are invited, like the disciples, to let go of what has been lost and adjust to a new reality. We will explore how these forty days leading to Ascension are part of our lived experience of the paschal mystery. We will draw on the insights of Ronald Rolheiser’s The Holy Longing.
Facilitator: Becky Van Ness, recently retired, started the certificate program in spiritual direction at Saint John’s University and taught there for a number of years. She continues to do spiritual direction and offer workshops and retreats at the Spirituality Center of Saint Benedict’s Monastery in St. Joseph, Minnesota, where she is an oblate.
