In this workshop, we will deepen our understanding of how our human nervous systems operate and explore contemplative practices to support our well-being and sense of sanctuary. Together, we will practice the meditation of Recognize, Allow, Investigate, and Nurture (RAIN). This practice is designed to allow us to greet the characters, the challenges, the joys and sorrows that life brings our way. As we cultivate our presence, curiosity, and intimacy with the present moment, we can start to shift the way that we relate to both ourselves and others in daily life. We will focus on weaving practices into our lives to help us align our actions with our values, even as we face the unexpected.
